Taller: El sentido de los sentidos
Un taller donde se explicará cómo todos y cada uno de los sentidos influyen en nuestra relación con la comida.
Hasta el 13 de marzo de 2011 puede verse en la Sala Recoletos de la Biblioteca Nacional de España la exposición La cocina en su tinta, un recorrido por la evolución de la gastronomía y de la cocina desde la Edad Media hasta la actualidad.
En paralelo a la exposición, se ha organizado este taller en el que los asistentes pondrán a prueba sus sentidos, principalmente los del gusto y el olfato, profundizando en su conocimiento y en la capacidad que tienen de aportarnos experiencias. Se verá cómo todos y cada uno de los sentidos influyen en nuestra relación con la comida y cómo la cocina es la estrategia alimentaria humana que nos permite adaptarnos al medio y convertir una necesidad en un acto cultural.
Dónde: Museo de la Biblioteca Nacional, Recoletos, 20-22. Sala Polivalente.
